OpenTech is pleased to announce the launch of our NEW Support Portal!
This online knowledge base, contains articles related to troubleshooting, supporting and working with Opentech software applications, related hardware, and related products.
It is designed for users, re-sellers, and technicians to access and search, as needed, to resolve or understand common issues. It will be updated regularly with OpenTech’s latest documentation. It replaces the current help files and manuals, in order to provide a more consolidated, up-to-date, and searchable KB.
To access the portal: download the latest PeopleTrack update, and click on the help (?) button in your install of the program.
